PlayToEarn Plus Payment Terms

Last updated: December 15th 2025 These PlayToEarn Plus Payment Terms (Payment Terms) apply to your purchase and renewal of the PlayToEarn Plus subscription (Plus). They supplement the general Terms of Use and the PlayToEarn Plus Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict, these Payment Terms govern payment, billing, renewal, and refunds for Plus.
  1. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
    1. Prices and billing frequency (e.g., monthly or yearly) are shown at checkout and/or on the Plus page at the time you place your order.
    2. Prices may be displayed in a local currency, but may also be charged in a different currency depending on your location, payment method, or payment processor settings. Your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees (e.g., foreign exchange fees), which we do not control.
    3. Taxes may apply depending on your location and the nature of the supply (e.g., GST, VAT, sales tax). Where required, taxes will be added at checkout or included in the charged amount as shown.
  2. Auto-Renewal and Recurring Charges
    1. Plus is a subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
    2. By completing your purchase (and by ticking any required checkout checkbox), you authorize PlayToEarn and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for:
      1. the initial subscription fee; and
      2. each renewal subscription fee, plus applicable taxes, at the start of each renewal billing period, until you cancel in accordance with Section 6.
  3. Accepted Payment Methods
    1. Card and local payment methods (via payment processors)
      1. We may accept credit/debit cards and other local payment methods through third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe).
      2. Payment processing is subject to the payment processor’s terms and technical requirements. We are not responsible for processor downtime or payment authorization decisions made by your bank or the processor.
      3. To reduce fraud and comply with network rules, your bank may require additional authentication (e.g., 3D Secure).
    2. Crypto payments (where available)
      1. In some regions, we may allow payment using certain crypto assets through third-party partners or integrations.
      2. Availability, supported assets, minimum/maximum amounts, and processing times may vary by region and may change at any time.
      3. Crypto payments are typically irreversible. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset and network and for providing accurate payment details. If you send the wrong asset, use the wrong network, or send to an incorrect payment address, the payment may not be recovered.
      4. Network fees and confirmations may apply. A payment is only considered completed when it is confirmed according to the requirements displayed at checkout.
      5. Exchange rates (if any conversion is required) are determined at the time of payment according to the method shown at checkout. Rate fluctuations are outside our control.
      6. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for crypto payments.
  4. Billing Errors and Corrections
    1. If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, you must notify us promptly and provide relevant details (transaction reference, date, amount, and the account used).
    2. We may correct billing errors, including by issuing a partial credit or by charging an additional amount where permitted and where you have authorized recurring charges.
  5. Failed Payments, Suspension, and Reinstatement
    1. If your payment method fails at renewal, we may retry the charge using permitted mechanisms.
    2. If payment remains unpaid, we may suspend or limit access to Plus benefits until payment is successfully completed, or we may cancel the subscription.
    3. If you resubscribe after cancellation, pricing and offers may differ from your prior plan.
  6. Cancellation
    1. You may cancel Plus at any time through the cancellation method provided in your account settings or at checkout.
    2. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless required by law, you will keep access to Plus benefits until the end of the then-current paid billing period.
  7. Refunds and No Right of Return for Digital Subscriptions
    1. Plus is a digital subscription service. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, or unused benefits.
    2. Mandatory local consumer rights. Some jurisdictions grant non-excludable rights (including cancellation or refund rights in limited circumstances). Where such rights apply, we will comply to the extent required by law.
    3. If we issue a refund at our discretion or due to legal obligations, we may also terminate access to Plus and/or reverse any associated promotional benefits to the extent permitted.
  8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
    1. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account or Plus access while the dispute is investigated.
    2. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve billing issues without formal disputes.
    3. If a chargeback is granted, we may treat the subscription fee as unpaid and may cancel Plus and/or restrict future purchases as permitted by law and our policies.
  9. Region-Based Payment and Availability Terms
    1. Supported regions and eligibility
      Plus, payment methods, prices, offers, and renewal options may vary by country/region and may be restricted based on legal, operational, or partner constraints. Certain payment methods (including crypto) may be unavailable in some countries.
    2. EEA / United Kingdom consumers
      1. If you are purchasing from the EEA or the UK, you may have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases.
      2. Where permitted, by starting Plus immediately after purchase, you request immediate access to the subscription service. To the extent allowed by applicable law, this may affect your ability to withdraw once the digital service has begun.
      3. If mandatory rights apply in your case, they will apply regardless of anything stated here.
    3. United States / Canada
      Taxes, fees, and consumer protection rights vary by state/province. Where required, we will provide legally required disclosures at checkout and comply with non-excludable rights.
    4. Australia / New Zealand
      If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, you may have rights under applicable consumer laws that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Payment Terms limits those rights.
    5. Restricted jurisdictions and sanctions-related limitations
      We may decline, restrict, or discontinue Plus sales, renewals, or specific payment methods in certain jurisdictions, including where required to comply with applicable restrictions. If we cannot process renewals due to such restrictions, your subscription may not renew and access may end at the close of the paid period.
  10. Changes to These Payment Terms We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued subscription after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Payment Terms.
