PlayToEarn Plus Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
   1. PlayToEarn Plus or Plus means the optional, paid subscription membership made available by PlayToEarn from time to time.
   2. P2E Points means promotional or loyalty-style reward points tracked within the PlayToEarn services.
   3. Reward Center means the section of the PlayToEarn services where users may use P2E Points for available redemptions, rewards, or prize options.
   4. Third-party Games means games and related projects listed on PlayToEarn that are operated by third parties and are not owned or controlled by PlayToEarn.
   5. Offer means any introductory pricing, discount, trial, or promotion (for example, 2 months for $9.99) made available for Plus.
2. Eligibility and Account
   1. You must have a PlayToEarn account to subscribe to Plus. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Plus Terms and that your subscription and use of Plus complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
   2. Plus is not available in all locations and may be restricted or unavailable in certain countries or regions, including due to third-party partner restrictions, sanctions controls, or similar constraints.
3. Plus Membership Benefits
   1. Plus benefits may include, depending on availability and configuration at the time:
      1. an ad-free experience on eligible parts of the PlayToEarn services;
      2. increased P2E Points accrual (for example, points multipliers);
      3. access to additional insights, data, and estimates relating to Third-party Games or earning opportunities;
      4. access to member-only events, features, or community activities; and
      5. access to Reward Center prize pools and rewards reserved for Plus members, including Plus-only rewards and additional availability for certain rewards.
   2. Benefits may vary by platform (web/app), user account status, geography, and other factors. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Plus benefit at any time, including to comply with legal, platform, partner, or operational requirements.
   3. Testing and estimates. Where Plus provides estimates, benchmarks, or “earning potential” information for Third-party Games, such information is informational only and may be based on internal testing, user-reported data, third-party sources, or other methodologies. Outcomes vary materially by user, geography, time, game updates, rules, and third-party terms. We do not guarantee any result, availability, or amount.
4. P2E Points and Rewards
   1. P2E Points are tracked within the PlayToEarn services and are intended to reflect promotional/loyalty-style participation. P2E Points are not legal tender and are not a bank account, payment account, or stored value facility.
   2. You may earn P2E Points through eligible activities or tasks made available within the PlayToEarn services. Plus may apply multipliers or boosts (such as doubling) to P2E Points accrual as described on the Plus page or within the Reward Center at the time the points are earned.
   3. We may adjust, correct, reverse, or withhold P2E Points if we reasonably believe there has been an error, abuse, policy violation, fraud, prohibited automation, or other misuse, or as otherwise required by law.
   4. We may update the way P2E Points are earned, tracked, displayed, or used at any time. The availability of any specific reward, prize pool, or redemption option may change without notice.
5. Subscription Term, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
   1. Plus is offered on subscription plans such as monthly and yearly, as displayed at the time you purchase.
   2. Auto-renewal. Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your Plus subscription will automatically renew for an additional period of the same length, and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee and applicable taxes using your selected payment method.
   3. Cancellation. You may cancel Plus at any time through your account settings or the method presented at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access to Plus benefits until the end of your then-current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or if your account is suspended/terminated.
   4. Changes to pricing. We may change Plus pricing or plan structures from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice through the PlayToEarn services. Pricing changes apply to the next renewal unless otherwise stated.
   5. Offers and trials. Offers may be limited in time, limited to one per user, or subject to eligibility criteria. After an Offer period ends, the subscription renews at the then-current standard price unless cancelled.
6. Refunds and No Right of Return for Digital Services
   1. Plus is a digital subscription service. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial billing periods, unused time, or unused benefits.
   2. Where local consumer laws grant mandatory withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be excluded, we will comply to the extent required in the applicable jurisdiction. Any such rights may be subject to conditions (including that the service has not begun), as permitted by law.
   3. If you have a billing dispute, you must contact us promptly with details. We may request additional information to investigate.
7. Third-Party Services, Payments, and Regional Availability
   1. Plus may interact with third-party services (including payment processors, infrastructure providers, community platforms, or reward partners). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies, and PlayToEarn is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
   2. Some Reward Center options, including certain prize pools or reward types, may be available only in supported regions and subject to partner availability and eligibility requirements. Options may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
8. Acceptable Use and Enforcement
   1. You must not misuse Plus or the PlayToEarn services, including by automation, scripting, manipulation, or any behavior intended to gain P2E Points or benefits unfairly.
   2. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Plus access (and/or your account) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Plus Terms, the general Terms of Use, or any applicable policy, or if required by law.
9. Disclaimers
   1. Plus and all associated benefits are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
   2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Plus, any benefit, any prize pool, any reward option, or any Third-party Game listing, and we are not responsible for third-party downtime or changes.
10. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will PlayToEarn or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to Plus, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for claims relating to Plus will be limited as set out in the general Terms of Use (or, if no such limitation applies, limited to the amount you paid for Plus in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim), except where prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlayToEarn from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of Plus, violation of these Plus Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
12. Changes to These Plus Terms: We may update these Plus Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Plus after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Plus Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Plus Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Before commencing proceedings, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days.
